Mainstream birth classes strip birth of its mystery.
And the “natural” ones talk about the “divine”… but never the Divine Person.
Catholic spaces stay quiet about natural birth.
Natural birth spaces stay quiet about Jesus.
You’re stuck between worlds—
and you’re done settling for birth prep that makes you choose between trusting your body…
and trusting your God.
if you could
stand at the threshold of birth- not with fear or uncertainty, but with unshakable confidence that god made you for this.
Walk into labor knowing what’s normal, what matters, and how to advocate for yourself—without apologizing.
Finally prepare in a way that integrates both your catholic faith and your desire for a physiological birth.
Feel EQUIPPED to knock this out of the park, EMPOWERED in your ability to make informed decisions, and EXCITED for the Spirit-led, fear-free birth you’ve been dreaming of.
empowering & transformative
I'm Eve- Catholic mama, doula, former labor and delivery nurse, and the creator of the Holy Confident Birth Course.
After years of working in the hospital system, I saw birth reduced to a series of checkboxes and interventions. But I have also witnessed the quiet, powerful beauty of birth when it’s left to unfold as God designed.
When I was preparing for my first birth, I wanted something different— I didn’t want fear or control to run the show. I wanted something that wouldn't make me choose between my Catholic faith and my physiological birth.
But no birth course like that existed-
so I created it.
Oh hey! Have we met yet?
this is me circa 2022
an hour after my first birth
It was unmedicated. It was powerful. It changed everything.
But here’s what most people don’t know:
I had no idea what I was doing going into it.
Despite already having experience as a nurse in the field, all I felt I knew was how to be a "good patient."
I wanted to trust my body. I wanted to trust God.
So I read the books. Dug through the blogs. Pieced things together the hard way.
And by God’s grace… I had the birth I hoped for.
And that?
Yep- that was me, back in the hospital.
I returned to L&D nursing when my daughter was a year old.
At first, it felt like the right thing.
I had experience. I loved birth. I wanted to help.
But every shift reminded me why I’d fought so hard for a different kind of birth in the first place.
I watched women get dismissed, overmanaged, and rushed.
I saw their instincts questioned and their preferences pushed aside.
And I knew I couldn’t stay.
Eight months later, I walked away from the hospital system—
and poured everything I had into Holy Confident Birth.
Because I knew there were more women out there like me—
women who loved Jesus, trusted their bodies, and were done settling for births that didn’t speak to either.
And if you’re still reading this… I have a feeling you’re one of them.
But it shouldn’t have been that hard to prepare for a birth that was both natural and faith-filled.
This is your chance to prepare for a birth that reflects the values, faith, and freedom you’ve been searching for.

Do I need to be planning a homebirth?
Not at all! This course is for any mama, whether you’re planning a homebirth, a birth center experience, or a hospital birth. The principles and tools in the course will empower you to have a natural, God-centered birth in any setting.
The Holy Confident Birth Course is completely self-paced with pre-recorded lessons. You can go through the material on your schedule, revisit lessons as often as you need, and take your time absorbing everything. You’ll also have lifetime access to any updates or additions!
How does the course work?
Yes! The course includes practical guidance for your husband, helping him feel confident in his role as your support system. From hands-on labor techniques to advocating for you, he’ll gain the tools to be a strong, steady partner during birth.
Can my husband get involved?
No! You will find Catholic theology and language woven throughout the course—from the dignity of womanhood to the redemptive nature of suffering—but many Christian women from other traditions have found it deeply encouraging and enriching. If you’re seeking a Christ-centered, holistic birth experience, you’ll feel supported and seen here.
Is this course only for Catholic women?
don't worry, I have the answers!
You might have some questions
When should I start the course?
You can begin as early or as late as you’d like, but many mamas find it most helpful to start between 20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy. This gives you time to absorb the material, practice the techniques, and prepare spiritually, emotionally, and physically for birth.
Birth can be unpredictable, but that doesn’t mean it has to feel chaotic. This course equips you to handle the unexpected with faith and confidence so you can stay connected to God and grounded no matter what.
What if my birth doesn’t go as planned?
