Fast forward to 2021, I landed my dream job at one of the largest women’s hospitals in the country. With over 11,000 deliveries a year, I saw just about everything, and I learned so much. But I also started to notice how disconnected birth had become from what it was meant to be—normal, natural, and unhurried.

Around that time, I was pregnant with my daughter Avila. I’d always wanted a natural birth, but I didn’t know much about how to make that happen. All I knew was I didn’t want my experience to look like the majority of births I saw as a nurse.
After nearly 42 weeks of pregnancy, lots of prayer, and leaning into God’s promises, I gave birth to Avila in a birth center. It was nothing like I expected—better than I could have imagined—and it completely changed me. That experience sparked something deep in my heart, and I knew I wanted to help other women find the same kind of confidence, peace, and joy in their births.

a natural-minded, Catholic mama with a deep love for the beauty and power of birth. My journey into this work began in 2017 when I changed my college major with the dream of becoming a labor and delivery nurse. The first birth I witnessed during nursing school left me in awe—I was immediately hooked, and I knew from that moment that birth was going to be my thing.

Hi, I’m Eve-

Since then, I’ve worked as an L&D nurse in a hospital, supported moms as a doula, created a birth education course, and given birth a second time (this time at home). I’ve also worked alongside out-of-hospital midwives as an assistant, and have seen firsthand how different birth can look depending on where you are and who’s supporting you.

These experiences have shaped how I approach birth work. I believe birth is sacred—a moment designed by God for us to lean into our femininity, listen to our bodies, and surrender to the process. I also believe that mothers are the ultimate experts when it comes to their babies and their births. My job is simply to help you tap into that innate wisdom and feel supported as you make decisions that honor your intuition.

I’m passionate about helping moms who are questioning the medicalization and monetization of birth. The ones who feel called to do things differently, even if it means standing against cultural norms. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
When I’m not supporting moms through birth, you can find me baby-wearing while sipping a latte, baking sourdough, and listening to worship music. I’m also a big fan of keeping things simple- less stuff, less noise, more intention.
If you’re feeling called to have a birth experience that’s peaceful, empowering, and centered on what matters most, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You were made for this, my friend. Let’s make it everything it’s meant to be.

My Philosophy

I believe birth is intuitive, feminine, and holy. It’s not something to simply “get through”—it’s an opportunity to partner with God in one of the most incredible experiences we’re invited into as women. Birth calls us to listen to our bodies, lean into our instincts, and to step fully into our God-given role as life-bearers and nurturers.
At its heart, birth is personal and unique to each mother. When women are given the space to tune out the noise of a culture that dismisses or fears birth and are supported in a way that aligns with their intuition, something beautiful happens. My role is to help you rediscover birth’s beauty, simplicity, and power—and to remind you that it’s not something to be afraid of, but is a profound expression of who you are as a woman.
Motherhood begins with birth, and I believe the way we birth matters—not just for the baby we bring into the world but for the mother we become in the process. Whether your birth looks exactly as you hope or unfolds in an unexpected way- it can still be transformative and deeply meaningful.

You were made for this, mama. And I’m here to honor and support you as you confidently step into that truth.

My Values

Curious about Holy Confident Birth?

Birth is a team effort, and I love helping dads step into their role with confidence. When dads feel equipped to support their wives, something beautiful happens—a sense of connection and teamwork that carries into parenthood.

I believe you deserve clear, honest information about your options for labor, birth, and postpartum. My goal is to equip you with knowledge that helps you feel prepared to make decisions that align with your priorities.

Birth isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal. I’m here to support you in a way that honors all of these layers, creating an experience that feels whole.

I am a devout Catholic, and I have no intention of hiding that fact. My faith shapes everything I do, and is especially foundational to how I approach birth work. I believe birth reflects God’s perfect design, and I aim to honor that in every way. While I strive to provide non-judgmental support for expecting parents, this also means I do not endorse or participate in practices such as abortion, sterilization, assisted reproduction, or surrogacy.

My experience as a labor and delivery nurse shapes how I support you as a doula. While I’m not in a medical role, my nursing background helps me explain medical procedures, navigate conversations with care providers, and advocate for your preferences in a way that’s both informed and respectful. This balance allows me to offer informational support, helping you feel empowered in your choices.

You are the ultimate authority over your birth- not me, not your doctor, and not anyone else. Your intuition is powerful, and no one knows your body, your baby, or your needs better than you do. My role is to help you tune into that inner voice and trust yourself fully.
